Later in the 4th & 5th Segments, Rick Herrick from Mortgage Partners inc will join us and discuss dropping mortgage rates and government programs that will boostt he economy and benefit the home owner.

Malcolm is a Boston College Basketball Hall of Famer who has been on the show a couple times. He played in the pros for a while under Pat Riley and has a unique insight on local sports even though he bears the burden of being a dreaded Yankees Fan.
